We are a small family business specialising in reasonably priced land and property for sale in Brittany (Northern France), Andalusia (Southern Spain) and Pembrokeshire (West Wales). Three areas where we have lived and spent many years enjoying their very different characteristics. 

We have taken on a number of projects in these areas over the past decades and taken them through to successful completion. We have also bought and sold many properties in their undeveloped state and the current listings represent the remainder of our personal portfolio which we are now offering for sale as we approach retirement.

They are all very reasonably priced compared against alternatives and have substantial potential for whoever chooses to take them on. We are able to offer advice and information to assist purchasers from our own experience where required.

Alongside the property sales and development we have operated rentals both in the UK and overseas including Florida and Brittany. We ended our USA operation a few years ago and now focus on long term lets in the UK. We are also now selling our lovely 5 bed holiday home from home on the coast in Brittany although it remains available to rent until sale and possibly afterwards.

We have spent time there almost every year since 1997 and with sea views and a 500m walk to the nicest white sand beach we have ever enjoyed it makes for a superb relaxing break. When not in use by our family we have let it through airbnb very successfully to provide and income and meet maintenance and improvement costs.
