ACCESSIBILITY

The property has a ground floor double master with easy access ensuite shower. Guests with mobility difficulties report that this is a great help for them. It is not however fully wheelchair friendly with gravel driveway and standard WC suite. Please note the final 200m walk to the beach is quite steep.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.

  • 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

  • No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

DAMAGES

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay. We know that breakages do occur from time to time and please simply report  these if they occur so that replacements can be obtained ready for the next guests arrival. 

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

We ask guests to arrive after 16.00 (4pm) and depart by 10.00 (10am) to provide sufficient time for cleaning laundry and maintenance works to be carried out.
