OUR PROPERTY
Location
500m walk down to the most glorious beach (Kerieg) with soft white sand, a lagoon of clear blue sea and a small island to visit at low tide or swim to at any time. Add outcrops of granite rose at each side with endless rock pools and you could be on a tropical island. With a far lower population than in the UK and slightly off the usual tourist areas the beach is never crowded even in peak of summer. There is a car park and toilet adjacent to the beach or simply stroll down from the house. 500m in the other direction leads you to a lovely little village, quiet and pretty, and with it's own local shop, bakers, butchers and restaurant. You really can arrive, park up your car and spend days enjoying a very different pace of life. There are however many interesting places to explore in the area with a superb coastline bristling with sandy bays, medieval towns and villages with regular street markets, bars and restaurants.
Accommodation
Deceptively spacious the property boasts two living rooms with an open plan kitchen/dining area ground floor double ensuite bedroom. The upstairs is in two halves with a double and twin bedroom at the front with bathroom and WC. At the rear a separate staircase leads to two more twin bedrooms, shower room and WC. All fully furnished and equipped for up to ten guests to enjoy their stay in comfort. There is a choice of outside seating areas and a large semi enclosed barbq patio with charcoal grill and table seating. TV and DVD player games library, books and a separate games room complete an all weather package.
Bookings
To contain costs we now operate a self clean and launder system and prices range from £150 per night low season to £400 during peak weeks fully inclusive of utilities. Some weeks are very popular and can be booked a year in advance so we advise you check the calendar and secure your dates as soon as you can to avoid disappointment (link below).
